UEC Fence and Deck has been serving the State of Delaware since 2014. We are devoted to making a difference in the local community. Building a stronger community starts with helping those in need, therefore, we would like to give back to one of the many deserving local veterans by providing him/her with a free fence this Memorial Day.

To nominate a deserving veteran, please fill out the form below with a discription on why your nominating this veteran. Once the entry period has ended, we will choose 5 nominees, and open the submissions to a public vote that will determine who the grand prize winner is which will be announced on May 25th, 2020.

The rules of the contest are simple. All nominees must be active or retired military, be willing to share their story of service, and of course, they must be willing to let us install a fence on their home.

RULES
1. Applications will only be considered if they are complete and submitted with full details. Recipient will be announced on May 25th, 2020.
2. You may nominate yourself, but all criteria of the contest must be met.
3. Nominees must own and live in the residence that will receive the new fence.
4. The giveaway is open to a veteran of age of majority living within in Universal Exteriors LLC service area.
5. Identification must be provided on request.
6. Employees of Universal Exteriors LLC advertising, promotional agencies, and their affiliates (ex: immediate family) are excluded from this giveaway.
7. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
8. All nominees will be contacted and required to sign a release waiver before they will be considered for the competition.
9. All materials sent (including photos, videos, and testimonies) will become the property of Universal Exteriors LLC and will not be returned to you.
10. Universal Exteriors LLC is not responsible for any expenses incurred during the application process. All cost associated with postage, shipping, and material preparations are the applicants sole responsibility.
11. In accepting the fence, the recipient acknowledges that Universal Exteriors LLC may not be held liable for any loss, damages, or injury associated with accepting this fence.
12. Recipients at the age of majority must sign a release form as prepared by Universal Exteriors LLC acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of ALL the giveaway requirements.
13. Universal Exteriors LLC retains the rights to make substitutions of equivalent materials or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any materials for any reason whatsoever.
14. The selected recipient will receive one residential fence from Universal Exteriors LLC.
15. Homeowners who have filed previous insurance claims for fence repairs will not be eligible.
16. All prizes are non-transferable.
17. All decisions of Universal Exteriors LLC are final and not subject to inquiry – no substitutions will be made.
